SAP Evaluation
Meet with a qualified Substance Abuse Professional for an initial evaluation and a personalized education or treatment plan.
Complete Education & Treatment
Finish the education or treatment program your SAP prescribed for you.
Compliance Evidence
Provide your SAP with proof that you successfully completed the required program.
Follow-Up Evaluation
Your SAP re-evaluates you and, if you've met the requirements, authorizes your return-to-duty test.
Return-to-Duty Test
Take the DOT return-to-duty drug test at our Ridgeland collection site. This is the test that clears the path back to safety-sensitive duty — we make it fast and professional.
Follow-Up Testing
After you return to duty, your SAP may require ongoing follow-up tests. We can perform those collections too.
Steps 1–4 are completed with your SAP. Once your SAP authorizes your return-to-duty test, schedule the Step 5 collection with us. Direct observation is required when applicable under DOT regulations.
Return-to-duty testing must be ordered through the DOT return-to-duty process. Have your SAP information ready when you schedule.
